UNKNOWN SURVIVORS - Rules

Crossout changed the world. However, it gave a chance to start a new history where there’s a place for heroes and not particularly heroic ones. But who are they? Where they are from? How could they survive? There are many more questions, but so few answers.

So, The Wastelanders are starting a new contest – Unknown Survivors!

To participate in the contest, you have to tell a story:

• Pick a character from the pictures represented in this post;
• Do not forget to indicate the character you’ve chosen at the start;
• It’s up to you whether to name the character or to leave him nameless;
• The story about the character can be a story from his experiences, a biography, whatever you like, but it has to represent the essence of the hero, his nature;
• Your story should not contradict the official history of the Crossout world: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crossout https://crossout.net/en/game/worldHistory
• The story should be written specifically for this contest;
• Your work should not violate moral, ethical and legal norms, as well as the Game Rules http://forum.crossout.net/index.php?/forum/11-rules/ and the EULA https://crossout.net/en/support/eula ;
• Your text is limited to 3000 characters (without spaces and excluding the title and introduction);
• You can write about one character, several characters or even all of them – it’s up to you;
• You can post your story as your own public Facebook post with a hashtag #the_story@fan_crossout or post it in the comments to this  announcement. Also you can do both. 
• The fan fictions will be accepted until August 1st. The results will be announced not later than August 5th.
• The number of winners is not limited and will be determined by the administration.
• The best stories will be awarded access to the Closed Beta Test of the game, and the most impressive ones will be posted across Crossout resources and with an announced canon for the characters those stories are written about.
• Evaluation of your stories will be performed by the administration and developers of the game.

ATTENTION: Without the hashtag we won’t be able to find your post, which means you won’t be participating in the contest. Also make sure the post with the picture is public and visible to everyone on Facebook, not just your friends.
