‘Powerplant’ location panorama
After the big cities had turned into mass graves, for many years people were afraid to go back to the ruins, preferring to settle in more secluded places free from shadows of the past. But the desire to trade and benefit from the lost civilization kept drawing loners and then whole gangs to this frightening place.
Powerplant is one of the largest settlements, spontaneously formed close to ruins of the old civilization, attracting treasure hunters, mercenaries and other riff-raff. Buildings and workshops of the old plant are now surrounded with ramshackle homes built as far from the ground as possible. After all, this location is frequently exposed to bandit raids and something even worse by night, so hardly anyone has settled there for a long time.
