This is ‘Wasteland Radio’ on the waves of your receivers. We are not going to start today’s news with an incident bulletin. Especially since you’ve probably heard how the Scavenger ammo storage blew up last night and we certainly saw a pillar of smoke up to the very heavens.
April is approaching which means it's time to pin a new page of Niko Pinelli’s calendar at the door of our studio. Its creators — Engineers, were inspired by an example from times before the disaster when tyre manufacturers advertised their products with glossy calendars with beautiful girls and shining cars. Of course you won’t ever find a shiny sports car these days, or an asphalt road, hee-hee! So these elements of the picture had to be replaced by ones more fitting for the spirit of the times. But the nymphs of the Wasteland are still beautiful. You'll think that some of them have glowing eyes. It’s a mere trifle for a skillful retoucher. So we can assume that the stylistics of the old advertising calendars have been saved.
The face of April is the incomparable Linda Dice in the guise of the erudite Dawn’s Children. Linda, just like the other shooting participants, is in the Engineers faction. Therefore don’t be surprised that the scientist's face is unhidden. How the faces of Dawn’s Children really look and whether they have any at all, very few in the Wasteland know. The cosplay may not be perfect, but the representation of the armored vehicle is 100%. A trophy machine was clearly used!
