Small update, 27.03.2024

  • Tachi: the bonus damage perk activates only when moving faster than 90 kph.

Comment: this change affects the efficiency of the forward aimed weapons, making them less powerful than the intended side aiming setup. The average collision damage will be reduced as a result. Based on the initial statistical data, we’ve decided to implement those changes before players can obtain the weapon.

  • Borer: the ramming damage bonus reduced from 25% to 10%.
  • Buzzsaw: the ramming damage bonus reduced from 100% to 15%.
  • Mauler: the ramming damage bonus reduced from 150% to 25%.
  • Lacerator: the ramming damage bonus reduced from 50% to 25%.
  • Charybdis, Harvester: the ramming damage bonus reduced from 100% to 40%.

Comment: those changes are due to the new ramming damage mechanic. After it was reworked, the saws began dealing higher and more consistent damage while ramming.
