It is often said that it is not the place that defines a person, but the other way around. But the Syndicate believes that one thing is impossible without the other.
When the majority of the world’s population died, aesthetic issues instantly moved to the bottom of human needs. In endless struggles and attempts to survive, people destroyed the humanity within themselves, creating a new, brutal culture on its debris. But for the surviving members of the conservative pan-Asian corporation “Sinto”, this approach was unacceptable. Before Crossout, the company had enough resources to purchase entire city blocks in metropolitan areas and adapt them to its needs. But the influence of a corporation is not just defined by money, but by the people in it. After the disaster, they quickly adapted to the new world and were able to preserve everything that had been accumulated for centuries, and continued to develop it - creating the Syndicate as the result.
The desire to preserve traditions encouraged former members of the corporation to return to one of the company’s former headquarters, which was located in a city south-east of the current Valley. Earlier, this quarter was one of the most technologically advanced places on the planet and represented the future that “Sinto” aspired to. Now the Syndicate continues to build this future. The “Dragons” were able to restore the monorail, fix the electronics and fortify their positions in the “new” headquarters. A previously inconspicuous neighborhood, lit up with neon lights, immediately attracted attention. Those who seek profit finally realized that the most can be taken from the one who knows how to keep.
