Radio “Voice of the Wasteland”

Aaaand here I am, survivors. Alex Murch is here again, writing these words on gray paper. How am I doing here, being all alone? There’s no loneliness here. A group of suspicious folks have occupied the neighboring ridge, and now you can only hear that singing at night, along with the sounds of gunfire in the unknown direction. And someone else arrived yesterday as well, but it seemed that something had fallen on his armoured vehicle. But we’ll come back to that, because my camera trap caught that guy.

The news has calmed down in recent weeks, in the villages they mostly talked about some perks, upgrades... Frankly, I didn’t dive deep into all that, I was more interested in the new body kit. I don’t know about you, but this year I even believed in Grandfather SKAR and his red welding mask. So I wake up in the morning and realise that my door was propped with something. At first I was afraid that they had walled me up so that I wouldn’t run away. But then I pushed a little harder and the door opened slightly. A giant box propped my way out to fresh air. And there was... and there was a CK for my beautiful vehicle! Alright, no more of that - let’s move on.

Have you heard the new part of Troy’s story? Did you like it? You see, I don't even have anybody to discuss what I heard with. But no, this is not the only reason why I returned to you via the “Voice of the Wasteland” pages. Because I found a news source for you — for several episodes ahead! I just need to update the camera traps. And get the binoculars from the attic. I just don’t know what I should be looking at:

  1. Road to the mountain in the south;
  2. Road to the mountain in the east;
  3. Plateau, already occupied by a group of strangers;
  4. Anything at all;
  5. My own closet.

So I will simply shift the burden of choice onto you. Write one of the options in the comments and I will share my observations with you in the next radio episode. And I really hope that they will meet our expectations (you will not be fooled by the option added for a joke, will you?).

And that is all. I’ll wait for your letters with numbers. I’ll sit down and just wait for numbers to count them and make a decision. My life here is full of fun…

Oh yes, the camera trap photo!
