Radio “Voice of the Wasteland”

Hey, hey!
Testing.
Can anyone hear me?
Judging by the red light “On Air”, you should.

So, my name is Murch, and apparently I'm the first person to find the radio station “Voice of the Wasteland”. I've been wandering around looking for it for weeks and I think my voice should be more joyful, but I have some problems.

Clearly, the station is now empty. There's no Porcupine, no Vala. There's so much I wanted to ask them. For example, how long will the raiders make strange attacks on the village of Bird? Or which way would it be better to change the production of Scorpions at the factory? How do they have the strength to read all these letters from survivors?

Now… now I don't know what to do! Everything's so clean here, seems like nobody touched the place before me. And last time I heard their broadcast there were no hints that they were going for a “walk”. Something weird is going on here, and I'm gonna have to investigate it all with you.

God, I hope I'm not talking to myself looking at the microphone and the signal's broadcasting somewhere. Stay calm. The only radio in the Valley that your old receivers can tune into won't stop broadcasting.

And today we're going to read your letters. Thankfully I found the letter basket.
So, the first letter, apparently from a survivor. Oh yes, the tale contest. How was it…

Send the tales that you tell in the evening at the bonfire to the group's private messages with the subject “Morning News”. Radio “Voice of the Wasteland” will pay you 150 coins for each tale that's published or read out loud. And today we've got a story from an anonymous survivor.

Anyway, it happened almost a month ago, when a terrible gang appeared in blood rocks, killing and crashing cars just for fun. Anyway, I had to go to the market, hired a cheap convoy, but there were no gunshots on the road. We got there, I met a friend, he explained everything to me, here's his story. “So this gang hit some guy. He was young, quick temper and everything, didn't like being put down, so he made his way back to the garage, repaired the car, made it look scary and painted it too, got some exhaust pipes there and a minigun, his own invention, better than any other and he set off with his revenge plan! who cares if they have typhoons and hovers, he has a minigun and a quick car. Ha! in minutes he scrapped the giant spider, smashed the hovers, spared nobody, scattered their parts across the Valley to teach them a lesson! I even have a steering wheel from the hover guy, found it and kept for myself, so you can disband the convoy, by the way, gas is getting pricy and some new stuff should appear soon… “
Oh, those “sole hero wins” stories. But since the story is on the air, the author is entitled to 150 coins.

And the next letter… Hold on. Hold on. It says “To Murch”. What the…

“Hello, Murch! What kind of a name is that? Doesn't matter. Vala wants me to write you a letter. Says you're coming to visit us at the station. Why am I writing this, we can talk in person. Okay, well, then we'll figure it out because if she asks for something, it's better to do it, or she'll be looking at me like my grandma. So she asks me to write you this:
Not Arthur, but close. Who died for everyone may live for some. It's not over.
I don't get it again, but maybe you can guess what's up.
P.S.: It's Porcupine, in case you don't get it.”

So she knew! But what does this all mean? Why couldn't the story have ended with tea? That's something to think about.

Oh yes, I almost forgot, we still have to finish the broadcast.

Bye!
